Founded in 1973, the Athens International Film and Video Festival (AIFVF) has spent over five decades showcasing international films, focusing on supporting underrepresented artists and marginalized voices. The festival is recognized by the Academy® of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences as a qualifying festival in the short narrative and short animation categories.
As Social Media Manager at AIFVF, I lead a team in creating and promoting content for Oscar-qualifying films across social platforms. I provide guidance, feedback, and approvals to ensure alignment with the festival’s goals while using tools like Canva, After Effects, Premiere, and Lightroom to design and produce engaging visuals.
